Some things in life change you. For me, it was realizing I'd been deceived by someone I trusted.
I'm Justin, the founder of Cray. A few years ago, I found myself in a relationship built on lies — and when the truth finally came out, I didn't just feel hurt. I felt like the world had failed me. Like there was no tool, no system, no way to know who someone really was before letting them in.
So I built one.
Cray is a digital student safety tool — a mobile and web app designed to bring identity verification and behavioral transparency to college dating and campus life. It gives students the ability to know who they're really dealing with before a first date, a late-night hang, or a connection that could change their life. Because everyone deserves to feel safe — and everyone deserves the truth.
Since launching, Cray has grown into a community of students across the country who believe that safety and self-awareness go hand in hand. We call it knowing your CrayScore™ — a cumulative reflection of how you show up in your relationships and interactions.
So why a merch store?
Because the mission doesn't stop at the app.
Every hoodie, shirt, sticker, and poster in this store is a conversation starter. When you wear Cray, you're not just repping a brand — you're saying I take my safety seriously. I take other people's safety seriously. And yeah, I know how to spot a red flag.
The merch funds the mission. It helps us keep building, keep growing, and keep getting Cray into the hands of students who need it most — on campuses, in orientation programs, in Greek life chapters, and beyond.
